Landhouse for 12 people

"I Trebbiali" is one of the houses of the Fattoria Montalbano. It's a typical Tuscan country house on two floors. On the ground floor there is the big kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave, the dining room with fireplace, a large living room with sofas and tables, an area with free wi-fi internet access point, one bathroom with washing machine and a loggia that faces to the garden. On the first floor there are the six rooms and the bathrooms:
From some of the rooms there is a beautiful view over the Arno valley, the big garden and the private pool of the Villa. The country house was recently renovated but the house has maintained the atmosphere typical of an old Tuscan country house: stone walls, timber-beam ceiling, the furniture and furnishings are also antique and country style. The whole house can host up to 13 people and is the ideal solution for a group of friends or one big family that want to spend the holiday together.
In the garden, adjacent to the pool, there is the Old Barn, a small building of about 50 sqm with fireplace, all with windows, that the guest of the land house can use as a free space to gather or take Yoga, painting or ceramic classes held by experienced teachers with whom we work for years.
