General information
The price includes: Bed linens changed weekly and bath towels changed midweekly, water, electricity, final cleaning, use of the swimming pool (open from the 12th of May until the 13th of October). Heating (from the 1st of November until the 30th of April).
The price does not include: resident tax € 1 each person/day only for the first 6 nights, children under 16 don't pay.
Each extra person sleeping on sofa-bed: € 25 each person/day or € 150 each person/week.
Baby cot (€ 10 each day or € 50 per week) and Highchair(gratis), dog € 5 per day.
Caution money to be paid on arrival: € 150.
